General Terms

This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy and other legal notices published on the Site by NEMChange, constitutes the comprehensive agreement between you and NEMChange concerning the use of the Site and its Service. If a court of competent jurisdiction deems any provision of this Agreement invalid, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which will remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term in this Agreement shall be regarded as a continuing waiver of that term or any other term, and NEMChange’s failure to enforce any right or provision under this Agreement does not waive such right or provision.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Isle of Man, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be exclusively adjudicated in the courts of the Isle of Man. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this provision does not limit NEMChange’s right to take legal action against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor does it preclude legal action in multiple jurisdictions, whether concurrently or separately, as permitted by the laws of those jurisdictions. You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party without prior written approval from NEMChange.

CryptoNEMChange News may assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, at its discretion. In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions of this Agreement, the English language version shall prevail.
